1) Create Appreciation Routines at home.
Involve as many people as possible. A great way to do this is to start asking your loved ones at the end of every day (works great with kids):
a. “What did you love about today?”
b. “What do you want to thank this day for?”
Also, as soon as you wake up, thank the day for everything important to you, and when you lay your head on your pillow at night, focus on thanking the day as well for every experience you had, even the challenging ones.
2) Set up Goals around: Money, Your Health, Your Mindset.
a. MONEY – The more money you’ll make the more options and freedom you’ll have to be the truest version of yourself. What goals do you have to improve your performance, move up in your career, find a higher-paying job or raise your own expectations of what you can create around wealth?
b. HEALTH—People that feel great about themselves physically, walk, talk and think confidently. In order to lead a RICH life, you must love YOU. You are not just your body, but your body is your carrier, it takes you everywhere and it’s your presentation device. Pay attention to your body, make it strong, healthy and beautiful.
c. MINDSET – Here is where everything in your life is created. The big factory of your life. The goal is to create a mind factory that produces what you really want in life, and this happens by the quality of thoughts you allow to run through you. Great quality thoughts produce feelings and actions that propel you. Poor quality thoughts, do the opposite, keep you quiet, fearful, inactive.

3) Do more of what you love.
Make time to break from routines and nourish yourself with your favorites (Some people call them hobbies!).
What do you love doing? Cooking, baking, yard work, washing the car, painting the house, working in your art, fixing things, wood working, building new apps, playing sports, learning about wine, planning trips, playing with your kids, finding forever homes for puppies. Whatever is “your thing”, do more of it! Dedicate at least 2-4 hrs every week to this. Put it on your calendar and give it the same importance you would give to a meeting that will lead you to earn millions of dollars.
4) Remove negative people from your life.
If you are doing your best at being a good person and trying to bring greatness in your life and there are people around you bringing you down with their negative comments, thoughts and actions, stay away from them as often as possible. And yes, this includes family members.
5) Reset yourself as often as possible.
If you didn’t succeed at first, it doesn’t mean you won’t in your next try. Life is about learning from experiences, so we must try and try and try again. Rest assured that you can always start again; that every time you give it another try, your new beginning is always a step above than your last one because you have already become stronger, wiser, fearless.
Leading a Rich Life means living intentionally through your values and what's important to you. It is also about feeling that you are constantly doing the best you can, living without regrets, maximizing yourself, appreciating your steps, and going after everything you want, fearlessly.
