3 Areas of your Life you Must ALWAYS be setting goals around.



There are 3 major areas in your LIFE where you have to make sure you are always setting goals around.


Let’s start with Number 1: MONEY



Money is something intimidates a lot of people. And if you really think about your case, there might be some fears and negative thoughts that you have about money - Like if it the root of all evil or that it ruined your family, etc.


Money is there to help us. Period. Money is awesome and at work, money is the ultimate performance indicator to whether you are doing a good job or not.


Show me a goal and I can tie that back to money - So everything is about money, and that’s awesome, because when you are intentional about setting up goals that drive you to bring the money that your business needs and that provides you with the freedom that you want to live your life as your prefer to live it, then everyone benefits.


Create goals understanding the money factor for your business and your own pocket.


So - what goals have you created for this week?



Number 2: YOUR HEALTH



I was just chatting with my friend who is “on a diet” and she couldn’t understand why I would prefer to eat oatmeal than a burger with tons of bacon and melted cheese on it (we were exchanging pictures of food!).


I would prefer the oatmeal without a doubt because of how it makes me feel afterwards.


When it comes to your health, eat what you won’t regret later - At least most of the time. That’s my rule. I eat a couple of chocolate chip cookies every single day with my afternoon coffee, but the rest of the meals are filled with a bunch of food that makes me feel great.


And exercise regularly - Make sure you are moving and challenging your body to feel stronger. This should be mandatory in life! Commit to having a regular exercise routine and I can guarantee you that you’ll be leading yourself with a clear mind, a happier mood, and feeling like the hottest person that has ever walked on this earth!


So, when are you starting? It’s a brand-new week, so you can start today WITH A WALK!


Number 3: YOUR MINDSET



Everything that happens in life starts as a thought - Think about it.


So, if you want to improve yourself, improve your performance, be a super-star, you have to be aware of the thoughts running through your head. It is that simple. Now, creating new ways of thinking it’s not something that I would call “easy”, because at the end of the day, we are humans. And we like to just do what we are used to be doing. If we are used to complaining all the time, we are probably going to be that way throughout our lives, UNLESS we make a decision to stop that, which requires A LOT of mental presence and awareness of what you are doing at the moment...And that’s what self-improvement requires.


I read somewhere - And excuse me for not remembering who said it, but that you experience growth when you can catch yourself right before you are about to do or say something stupid - And save yourself from regretting your actions later.


If your mind is not producing thoughts that help you move towards great things in life, then everything else won’t matter.


In order to improve what you are thinking, read books that inspire you, talk to people that are successful and doing great in life. If right now you are thinking that you are not good enough, or smart enough of pretty enough - I’m going to tell you a secret - ALL OF US, no exceptions within humans, have felt that way at one point. The difference is what EACH of us do about it.

When I feel like that I follow my recipe: I increase the intensity of my workouts because they clear all the fog in my mind, I pick up a new self-help book, talk to my sister and find time to catch up with my best friend over a glass of wine. In that order.


You have to figure out what works for you and do it. This is nobody else’s responsibility.
